THE PATH / 02

Engineering,
with a wider lens.

My academic path spans AI, mechatronics, and literature. Each has shaped how I build systems and explain complex ideas.

Degrees

2021 — 2023
THAILAND

M.Eng. Data Science & Artificial Intelligence

Asian Institute of Technology · CGPA 3.40

Research focused on vision-based sim-to-real autonomous driving. I trained a reinforcement learning policy with PPO and semantic segmentation in the CARLA simulator, then transferred it to a computer-controlled electric golf cart with real steering, throttle, and braking.

Received approximately 600,000 THB in scholarship funding.

2017 — 2021
THAILAND

B.Eng. Mechatronics Engineering

Assumption University of Thailand · Magna Cum Laude · CGPA 3.79

Studied the intersection of software, control, electronics, and machines. Awarded the Academic Merit Scholarship twice.

2013 — 2016
MYANMAR

B.A. English Literature

Yangon University of Distance Education · CGPA 3.32

Literature sharpened the communication side of my engineering work: explaining complex technology clearly and making ideas accessible.

Research in practice

AUTONOMOUS DRIVING

From simulation to a real vehicle

A PPO driving policy used semantic segmentation in CARLA before transfer to an electric golf cart. The project exposed the gap between simulation and real noise, lighting, and mechanical limits.

3D PERCEPTION

Point-cloud trench measurement

A depth-camera system for water-pipe trench quality control, including point-cloud processing and profile measurements, deployed on Jetson Xavier NX.

Intel RealSense · Point clouds · Edge AI
